Things to do...
Dalyan is set on the river opposite the impressive Lycian Rock Tombs, carved into the rock face these monuments create a wonderful scene viewed from many of the restaurants lining the riverfront when lit up in the evening.

The BeachAt one end of the river through the reed beds is lake Koycegiz, where you can enjoy the natural mud baths and thermal springs. At the other end is the beach. Iztuzu beach – more commonly known as ‘turtle’ beach, is a breeding ground for the ancient loggerhead turtle. A 5k stretch of golden sand, the beach can be reached by road or even better by sailing down Dalyan river on the on the local co-op boats.
